2.1 General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital service and to maintain fair pricing for all users, we generally do not offer refunds for Premium subscriptions. However, we may consider refunds in specific circumstances outlined below.

2.2 Eligible Refund Scenarios

We may provide refunds in the following situations:

• Technical Issues: If our service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to technical problems on our end
• Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error
• Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription period
• Unauthorized Charges: If charges were made without your authorization (subject to investigation)
• Early Cancellation (First 48 Hours): If you cancel within 48 hours of initial subscription and have not extensively used Premium features

2.3 Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Change of mind after using the service
• Failure to cancel before automatic renewal
• Inability to access the service due to device incompatibility
• Violation of our Terms and Conditions leading to account suspension
• Partial billing periods (we do not prorate refunds)
